CUSTOMER SERVICE
• Possess a clear and confident telephone manner.
• Comfortable dealing with customers face-to-face.
• Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of customers and team members.
• Able to identify and act upon potential sales opportunities.
• Possess organizational skills.
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Ability to work with a team as well as independently.
GRAPHIC DESIGN ARTIST
• Expert knowledge of Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Excellent proofreading, spelling, grammar and punctuation skills.
• Detail-oriented.
• Strong communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact effectively with various levels of individuals.
• Ability to work with a team as well as independently.
SCREEN PRINTER
• Minimum of 2 years of automatic press operation set-up and loading press.
• Must be capable of setting up a minimum of 4 colors with great registration and speed.
• Mixes colors according to formula, using bench mixer.
• Build screens, clean and coat screens.
• Ability to work with a team as well as independently.
DIGITIAL PRINTER
• Experience with digital printer with a least 2 years’ experience
• Experience operating a digital plotter.
• Working knowledge of the programs Illustrator and Onyx is a plus.
• Ability to work with a team as well as independently.
EMBROIDERER
• Prefer experience working with a multi-head commercial embroidery machine.
• Applicant must possess a high level of accuracy, exceptional organization skills and keen attention to detail.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues and think critically independently.
• Ability to multi-task and work quickly but efficiently- example using multiple machines for production at once.
• Stand for long periods of times.
• Specific vision abilities include sharp vision, focus, depth perception and ability to identify colors
• Ability to work with a team as well as independently.
